We can all be better parents:

If you’re an autistic or neurodivergent parent, please watch this 3/4/5 times so you can see how you appear to your kids.

I’ve seen this style of “justice based parenting” so many time with autistic parents and it’s so hard on the kiddos.

They may think you’re mean or inflexible or even worse, that you don’t like them.
But it’s just how your brain is wired.

The good news is, if you’re self-aware,
and you want to be a better parent,
You can teach yourself to recognize the situations and respond in a more kind and fair manner that isn’t so harsh.
