Welp that’s a rap! We want to thank everyone who helped make Mount Olive Pride 2026 a success! From our vendors, to our volunteers, donors and community members, we appreciate all you did to make this year’s festivities possible! ❤️🌈✨

Earlier this evening, the Pride planning committee held our recap meeting where we shared notes, feedback, and ideas for 2027.

PRIDE community! Sunday’s event was amazing, but PRIDE is more than one day. Tomorrow the Roxbury library is hosting a joint Juneteenth / Pride event from 4-8. In this day and age, that’s a bold step of solidarity for a library to take. Let’s show them some love. You can register through the link below.

Celebrate with crafts, activities, and a picture book reading for all ages, followed by an interview with Walter Naegle and movie screening of "Rustin," (recommended for teens and adults).. Event starts at June 12, 2026 4:00 PM EDT

🌈 Vendor Spotlight: JBWS 💜

We’re honored to welcome JBWS to Mount Olive Pride on Sunday, June 7! 🏳️‍🌈✨

JBWS is a private nonprofit agency providing safety, support, and solutions for abuse for people who live or work primarily in Morris County and Passaic County. Their work supports individuals facing intimate partner abuse through protection, empowerment, advocacy, education, and care. 💛

JBWS serves all people impacted by abuse, including women, men, transgender, non-binary, and gender nonconforming community members. Everyone deserves to feel safe. Everyone deserves support.

Featured here is a look at their community outreach, a survivor-created quilt, and a powerful reminder of the impact their work can have. 💜

Hummingbird Academy is a half-day pod kindergarten program in Mount Olive, created to support families looking for a small-group, hands-on, technology-free learning environment.

Their approach focuses on:

🌿 Outdoor learning and garden time
🤝 Support, socialization, and community for families
