📣 PTSA MEMBERSHIP MEETING! 💛🖤

It’s time to kick off a new school year, and we’d love to see our Moe & Gene Johnson PTSA members at our upcoming PTSA Membership Meeting!

📅 Monday, September 21
⏰ 6:30 PM
📍 Johnson High School Library

We’ll be talking about plans for the year ahead, upcoming events, and — most importantly — electing our PTSA Board members for the 2026–2027 school year! 🗳️

If you’re a PTSA member, your participation matters! Come be part of the decisions that help make Johnson High School a great place for our students, families, and staff. 💛

Not a member yet? You can join PTSA and be part of the meeting, too! Every membership helps support our students and school.

Come out, get involved, and help us make 2026–2027 an amazing year! 🐾💛🖤

Did you know today is National Voter Registration Day? Take a minute and register today so you’re eligible to vote in November. If you’re already registered, you may also want to check and confirm you’re still registered because some people have been randomly removed and are no longer registered. The last day to register to vote is October 5th and early voting begins October 19th.

Mark your calendars now to join us at the Capitol on February 22, 2027. We will hear from speakers and meet with our local representatives to urge them to focus on the issues important to Texas PTA. This is an excellent opportunity to advocate for our children’s future and teach your children about how legislation works and why advocacy is important! More info to come on Rally Day as the date nears.

This is a great time to join the JHS PTSA!

Think joining the PTA means you’re signing up to volunteer ALL THE TIME? Think again!

Your PTA membership is yours to make what you want it to be.

🙋‍♀️ Love volunteering? Amazing! Jump in and get involved.

💙 Want to support the school and the PTA? That matters, too!

💡 Have ideas or want your voice heard? We want you at the table.

Being a PTA member doesn’t mean you have to do everything. It means you’re part of the community and supporting the work we do for our students and school.

There are lots of ways to PTA. ❤️
