Our Story

True Tiny Homes, LLC now the Washington Tiny House Association is a tribe of people working to advocate for all sorts of affordable housing options. So many good ideas from custom, lifetime quality, extremely affordable, earth-conscious, little/micro/compact/mini house units, cabins, tiny homes & buildings. Typical use of a tiny home structure can be: Work, photography, or art Studio (extra space for that hobby) College student dorm alternative (invest now and save money while your young) Guest room or mother-in-law unit (keep family close & your enemies closer) Recreation trailer unit for travel (bring your home with you) Rental Income (create passive income with renting unit or BnB opportunity) Off grid living (become independent and free of cords and limitations) Home (live debt, rent and mortgage free) Your not just a customer with us, your part of a movement now. We're here to walk you through each step of the way. Each step of the way is documented via video to show your story and the process. We will work with you on finances to make sure your comfortable and ready to go tiny. Tiny Homes are built from 150sq foot up to 900sq foot spaces most with lofts others without. We are seeking funding only to offer financing to our customers to make a purchase of a Tiny home more affordable. This investment is truly LOW RISK.
