Just a reminder for this nice weather that is finally here... We have new families and several little ones that are out walking, riding bikes, being pulled in wagons, etc.... Please be cautious when driving or backing out of your driveway... Let's keep everyone safe !

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Pheasant Mannor sign was apparently damaged during the wind storm. We are waiting for estimates on a new sign. As soon as we have the information I will pass it on.

We have more snow this year than the combined last 2 years. 🥶 We are sorry that this heavy, drifting snow has unfortunately caused damage to some mailboxes. 🥺

Just a reminder that the HOA fees for Pheasant Mannor are $200 a year, with $100 due on January 1st and $100 due of July 1st.. This covers snowplowing and road maintenance. Thank you !
