The abuses and consequences of Family Court and CPS intervention is not gender bias. It cares not who it hurts, harms or destroys. Child decisions should be left to the elders of both families with the overstanding that the “Bloodline” is most important and anything to the contrary leaves open abuses of feeding toxic negativity and dangerous vengeance tactics of either parent that 100% of time hurts the child most. How long will America scream reform?

CPS removes child from the custody of her Mother shortly after birth. If there is any incentive involved in the removal of children, which I’m sure it is, it should be abolished. It removes the pressure of the need for fabrication. CPS should only get involved in the most extreme circumstances and the state should aggressively punish and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any individuals who abuse that lawful authority.
