Hello everyone, just a quick reminder: We are having a meeting for the 5K/walk Sunday Oct 13th at Horizons Church. So everyone who will be involved or wish to be involved come by.

We now have a Paypal account that you can also donate to. This will also be used for the 5k Run/Walk on October 19th.

About Us

The first bag was delivered to Tennerton Elementary in 2014. We received our second school, French Creek Elementary in 2015. The third school, Union Elementary in 2016. The fourth school Buckhannon-Academy Elementary in 2017.

The Feed the Hungry program supports over 250 children in four elementary schools in Upshur County by providing them with healthy snacks and drinks weekly on Friday so they don’t go hungry over the weekend.

The long-term goal of this program is to be able to provide every child in the county with food every week, year round so they are never hungry, and to show God’s love through this. In order to do this, we need your help.

We are seeking contributions from local businesses and individuals in the form of food and/or finances. If you have any questions or need more information about this program, let us know and we will happily respond.
