In the Championship Round there were three qualifiers in the barrel racing eligible for the $2 million bonus, however it was WPRA invitee Hayle Gibson-Stillwell who claimed the crown. Stillwell and her National Finals Rodeo qualifying 2019 palomino mare Buncha Dinero (PC Frenchmans Hayday x Rambunchkie (TB) Bellamy Road (TB)) took home The American Rodeo Championship with a 15.428, worth $100,000.

Meet The American Rodeo qualifiers ⬇

Fourteen-year-old Taylor Armenta and 2014 gelding Hes Got Cat Style (Palo Duro Cat x My La Tee Dah x Sonnys Hot Jazz) showed out in Las Vegas, finishing second in the Finals, earning a total of $9,525 at South Point and a qualification to run at Globe Life Field. Armenta and “Thor” are dominate players at youth rodeos, recently winning the National Junior High Rodeo Association barrel racing world championship.
