Lovey's House is a non-profit organization that creates overnight bags and refurbishes old suitcases filled with personal items (as if for a overnight at Gramma's) and gives them to children ages infant to 18 in the foster care system. fabric: cotton/jersey color: red,pink/hearts

I'VE BEEN INSPIRED!
TO DO WHAT I LOVE AND HELP CHILDREN entering into FOSTER CARE. This page is a baby step in what I hope to accomplish. In Atlanta alone there are over 400,000 children coming into the foster care system a year. Most children come with nothing but the clothes on their backs. No toys, no anything. In my county its 20 or so. I am starting in my county and surrounding counties.

I personally, create the Overnight Bag, pajamas, and LoveyDoveyDoll. I also refurbish old suitcases.single or overnight sized suitcases.

I'm ripped from my known environment everything I know is no longer there Its only me. I can imagine the fear and stress, anxiety these kids must feel. So I wanted to gift them some items they can call their own. A LoveyDoveyDoll to love and hold and tell all you fears and hopes and dreams to. Jammies just for them. Clean socks and un**es.
Comfort pillow and blanket.
Personal toiletries. Wrap them all up in a hand made bag or refurbished suitcase.
I want them to feel like they have a granny who loves them and can give them comfort. 💟
