This past Saturday we came together for our one year anniversary celebration, thank you to everyone that has been a part of our gym or spread the word this past year. We sincerely appreciate it
Three of our guys were recognized today for their leadership and hardwork.
Tavi Octavio Rivera has been our wrestling coach and has participated in the evening Jiu-Jitsu classes helping to get our guys up to speed with all things wrestling to apply to their jiujitsu journey. Tavi received his Jiu-Jitsu blue belt
Jacob Norton has been our kids Jiu-Jitsu coach for four months now and has done an excellent job at maintaining and growing our relations with the kids and parents that frequent the classes. He is a wise young man and has a tremendous amount of patience. He desires to compete at a higher level and we want to see it, thus Jacob received his Jiu-Jitsu purple belt.
Cory Sutton has stepped in as our Adult jiujitsu instructor for the last four months and from here on. He has been a respected individual in the local game and we deeply appreciate the knowledge and drive he brings to the gym. Cory received his long overdue Jiu-Jitsu brown belt.
Graham Allen (I) will be back around when the time permits. The gym has transitioned to these three gentlemen and they are running it well, my family and i have been called to move south.
We appreciate you guys that came to roll, and everyone that attends our classes. There's a balance between flow and hard nosed brawling when you come step on our mats, and so far, it resulted in ZERO catastrophic injuries this year to either children or adults. Something to be proud of.
We take care of each other, but we don't let bad habits slide.
"You are the sum of the five most people you surround yourself with"
Come train at AtC, we're here to stay.
