Mercy Career & Technical High School juniors had a guest speaker share his inspiring journey of overcoming personal challenges with stuttering and founding Change and Impact, an organization that advocates for people facing similar struggles. In 1986, Dr. Richard Caruso founded the Uncommon Individual Foundation to help individuals and organizations recognize and embrace the power of mentoring to achieve success.

Our mission is to educate people and organizations about the power of mentoring so they can effectively engage mentors as a means to achieve personal success, inspire change, and make a positive contribution to society.

UIF helps individuals and organizations through five mentoring programs: Corporate, Education, Entrepreneur, Media, and Technology.
