Ada Mutch Community Resource Center and Food Pantry

Directions Website

Ada Mutch Community Resource Center and Food Pantry We are open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 11:45 AM and then again from 2 PM to 3:45 PM. The Ada Mutch Center has an "Ask-a-Nurse" program.

We are a full choice food pantry managed by ElderNet of Lower Merion and Narberth. The Ada Mutch Communty Resource Center provides many valuable resources to residents of Lower Merion and Narberth. The center has a food pantry where lower income residents can come and shop for items they may need. The center also has a licensed social worker who assists with requests for benefits, financial assistance, and other urgent needs. The nurses provide seasonal flu shots, blood pressure screenings, and health education, as well as answering questions about certain medical or mental health topics. If you are interested in hosting a food drive for the pantry or would like to learn more about who we are and what we do, please contact social worker Lisa Schilansky at [email protected].

We are so grateful for the generosity of St. Matthias Catholic Church who made a large donation of new toiletry items for our pantry clients. Toiletries are a large need in our pantry as they cannot be purchased with food stamps and are often not thought of during food drives. Thank you, St. Matthias, for partnering with us and continuing our mission of neighbor helping neighbor.

Thank you to The Baldwin School for your generous donation to our food pantry last week! The 7th graders were learning about hunger and food insecurity and the entire middle school collected over 200 pounds of food and toiletries to go to those in need in our area. We love partnering with schools and are always happy to speak with a group about the hidden reality of poverty and hunger in Lower Merion.
