About the Concerts...
Summer fun for the whole family! Bring a picnic and enjoy music from local artists in a lovely outdoor setting! 6-8 select Sunday evenings. Suggested donation $5/person or $10/family. Borough Park is located at the intersection of Alnwick Road and Quarry Road in Bryn Athyn, PA (rain location TBA). Open to all! We hope to see you, your family, and your friends there!!
🌞🎵2020 Season Update: In lieu of a regularly scheduled 2020 season, we are hoping to offer pop-up concerts when opportunities present themselves. 🎶🌳
Obviously the uncertainty that Covid-19 brings to each of our daily lives and future plans makes the upcoming season of the Borough Park Summer Concert Series difficult to anticipate. Out of interest for the safety of our audience, musicians, and volunteers; and the sustainability of our annual concert series, we unfortunately need to cancel the official 2020 season, and look forward to providing great live music and outdoor community connection next year in 2021. However, we DO plan to offer more spontaneous pop-up concerts this summer as weather allows, musicians are available, and social-distancing requirements are lifted. These pop-up concerts will be advertised on here on our page, signs by the Park, and with your help good ol’ word-of-mouth. We hope things work out to see you in the Park this summer and summers to come! If you'd like to donate your time or talent to these events, or have any questions, feel free to message us!
Established in 2014, we’re a volunteer community initiative that wants to help bring the amazing local talent in the area to this beautiful park. The idea is simple: we provide the music, you bring friends and a picnic. We aim to present fun entertainment from a variety of musical genres while providing a place to gather friends and families for a couple hours. Past years have had string quartets, rock bands, folk groups, a capella singing, bluegrass stylings, full brass ensembles, and more. Join us for a some simple ol’-fashioned, summery fun!
