Chosen210-Bryan Chosen is a faith-based non-profit that redistributes durable medical equipment in the Brazos Valley Our ministry is founded upon Ephesians 2:10.

Chosen has been serving communities since 1969, but we’re just getting started here in the Brazos Valley! Launched two years ago, our local family is honored to carry forward that legacy right here at home. This scripture speaks volumes about the purpose behind what we do. Chosen ministry is one of those "good works" that God has prepared in advance - not only for us to serve but for others to be blessed. It's not just a practical service; it's a divine assignment for each of us are His handiwork. Every time a piece of equipment is provided to someone in need, it fulfills that purpose.

Brazos Valley Gives is one week away! 💚

Early Giving is happening now, and on October 20, our community comes together for a full day of generosity. Your gift to Chosen helps neighbors in need get the medical equipment they depend on.

Chosen collects, refurbishes, and distributes durable medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, incontinence supplies, and more, at no cost to people who can't afford it or are waiting on insurance. Chosen fills the gaps and every piece we give out means more independence, safety, and dignity for someone in our community.

🥶 Help us keep our neighbors warm this winter! ❤️💙

Chosen BCS is proud to be a drop-off location for the Community Heater Drive, hosted by the Brazos Valley APS Volunteer Board!

We’re collecting new or gently used electric space heaters through October 30 to help neighbors in need stay warm as temperatures drop. Every heater makes a difference!

Let’s come together to help keep our neighbors’ homes warmer and their hearts encouraged this winter. Every act of kindness matters! 🧡

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works.” — Ephesians 2:10

We don’t always see the full impact of the good we do. Sometimes it’s a piece of equipment that restores independence. Sometimes it’s a helping hand, a listening ear, or simply reminding someone they aren’t alone.

But every act of love matters. ❤️

At Chosen, we believe we’re made for more—not just to do good works, but to let those works reflect the love of Jesus.

🚨DEADLINE APPROACHING, FRIDAY, SEPT.25‼️

We like to promote peace in the home, and as the image below suggests, we may have found a way for couples to settle this disagreement once and for all, through spirited competition, on October 8th at Topgolf Bryan.

Round up your crew and head to Tee Off for Chosen. The evening will include a contest to try and hit the longest drive, sponsored by Stylecraft. Because when it comes to who can hit it farther, there’s only one way to settle the debate.

And you’ll be helping Chosen BCS continue providing medical equipment and support to neighbors throughout our community!

THE GIVING HAS BEGUN. 💙

There are gaps all around us.

A piece of equipment insurance doesn’t cover.
A need that comes up unexpectedly.
A family trying to figure out what comes next.

That’s where Chosen comes in.

Through donated equipment and the generosity of our community, we’re able to fill some of those gaps—and remind our neighbors that they don’t have to face them alone.

🎉 Early giving for Brazos Valley Gives is now OPEN!

If Chosen’s work in the Brazos Valley matters to you, this is a great time to be part of it.

🫵 Volunteer Spotlight: JP Stovall

For the past two years, JP has been volunteering with Chosen—and his reason for being here is beautifully simple: helping others in need.

A Bryan local who was born in St. Louis, Missouri, JP first connected with Chosen through the Marine League. Since then, he’s found a place where service, community, and purpose come together.

When he’s not volunteering, you might find him scuba diving, skiing, or taking motorcycle trips. His favorite show is Blue Bloods, and you might be surprised to learn he speaks fairly good Japanese. And when it comes to his personal motto? “Get it done.” We like that. 👊

At 79, JP brings a lifetime of experience—and a willingness to put that experience to work for others.

We’re grateful for every hour, every task, and every person who chooses to serve alongside us.

Meet the people who make Chosen what it is. 🫶
