BCYLA 250 Club The BCYLA 250 Club is a buyers group focused on supporting exhibitors who have earned a spot in the How does it work? What's in it for you?

Your tax-deductible donation of $250 or more will be used to purchase exhibitor's projects in the auction as well as sale add-ons. EVERY DOLLAR WILL BE USED TO BENEFIT LOCAL YOUTH! You will have the opportunity to win an animal purchased by the BCYLA 250 Club! For every $250 you contribute, you will receive a chance to win an animal. You can win up to two (2) animals and winners will be responsibl

e for processing costs. If you are not interested in the animal, you can choose to opt out. Every $250 donation will also receive one (1) ticket to the Buyers Luncheon to be held the day of the Premium Auction and a window decal to display on the window of your home, automobile or business to display your support of the Brazos County Youth Livestock Association as a BCYLA 250 Club Member! Your name or your business name will also be displayed on our donor board throughout the show and auction. Donors who contribute $1,000 or more will be presented a custom BCYLA 250 Club belt buckle and will be recognized during the BCYLS Premium Auction! How do I join the BCYLA 250 Club? Today our hearts hurt for the Heifrin family. Frank was one of the three men that came together to form the 250 Club over a chicken fried steak and a simple tag line.

We are going to miss that short brimmed cowboy hat at the auction Saturday. We will do what Frank would want us to do, cover all the kids of Brazos County with love and support

I only blinked once and it’s already a year later and time for the 2025 Brazos County Youth Livestock Show. Rest assured while we haven’t been active on social media we have been working hard behind the scenes getting ready for another record-breaking year!
Our goal and commitment remains the same to support the hardworking youth of Brazos County through the purchase of projects in the premium auction, add-ons, and new this year the freezer sale.

While the youth have been busy all year with their projects, we know the real investment and project is the youth. Please join the BCYLA 250 Club or one of the many other buyer’s groups so that we can continue to support the future of agriculture right here at home.

The Premium Auction initial totals are a record breaking $1.45M!

The BCYLA 250 Club was able to contribute $80K+ and help a total of 46 Exhibitors because of your support.
