Bryan Area Business Women's Club

Bryan Area Business Women's Club BABWC hosts an annual Scholarship Walk. Monies are donated to local charities and nonprofits and annual scholarships are awarded.

The vision of the Bryan Area Business Women's Club is to empower women in business and professional positions to attain economic, professional, and personal goals, and to influence the future of our communities. The Bryan Area Business Women's Club (BABWC) has montly meetings on topics such as: Local Business Overviews, website design, women in non-traditional careers, health and wellness and other programs of interest to it's members.

Our Story

The Bryan Area Business Women's Club (BABWC) has montly meetings on topics such as: Local Business Overviews, website design, women in non-traditional careers, health and wellness and other programs of interest to it's members. BABWC hosts an annual Tasting Bee fundraiser in November and Total Women’s Forum in April. Under the leadership of President Wendy Jennings, VP Erica Wehri, Secretary Amber Simmons and Treasurer Deb Schroeder, the club format for 2017-2018 changed up with monthly local business visits and the introduction of WOOT (Women Out On the Town) quarterly visits in the community. Monies are donated to local charities and nonprofits and 2 annual scholarships are awarded. Interested in learning more? Join us!
