Pink Alliance celebrated a pivotal goal on Friday during a BCS Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting with the launch of its THINK PINK Mammogram days. Early detection is key to a successful breast cancer diagnosis, and we have long wanted to find a means of providing women and men with ACCESS to FREE screening mammograms Thanks to a partnership with the Brazos Valley Women’s Center in College Station, free screening mammograms will be available on the 2nd Friday mornings of each month. Our 22nd annual Surviving & Thriving Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon welcomed over 675 women and men to the Hilton today as we welcomed Heidi Floyd to Aggieland. A two-time cancer survivor, she shared an inspirational message of triumph over adversity while advocating for the health of her unborn child during her breast cancer journey. Today, Noah is a testament to her faith and message 🩷

🩷🩷A special thanks to the A&M Consolidated Tiger Volleyball Team for their support. As a result of their Pink Out t-shirt sales and passing the bucket, they raised $745 for Pink Alliance. 🩷🩷 Thanks to their financial support, we are able to continue helping women and men during their breast cancer journey. Last year, Brazos Valley Gives provided 81 breast cancer patients (80 women and 1 gentleman) with $128,000 of financial support.
