Open Hands Caring Hearts

Open Hands Caring Hearts Anyone can help. An $.18 donation allows us to purchase 1 pound of food through the Food Bank. We pass out Free Food (including 3 meats) on Monday afternoons.

Doors open at 4:00 P.M. and Food is passed out until 5:30 P.M. A prepackaged box, delivered to your car, is available by calling 419 636 5036. Anyone wanting to volunteer should call first.

Rex Kast, in the wheelchair, and his assistants blessed our food pantry with these hams this week! We received over 500 pounds. Meat is something we still struggle to keep in so this is a true gift from God through Rex to our clients! Rex is a sibling of two of our volunteers.

2025 allowed us to serve 7179 households representing 17422 family members. 924 were unduplicated households. 308 were households we never served before. 26% were Seniors and 22% were kids. First, Praise God! A sincere thanks to all who donated, all the volunteers and our prayers warriors. Continued prayers for all we served! May God bless all in 2026!
