People Works programs are organized around a vocational training model emphasize the importance of social and daily li

ving skills related to working with other people to accomplish shared goals. From morning "employee council meeting" to large and small animal care, barn and grounds maintenance, gardening, meal preparation, small construction and woodworking projects, and sales of eggs, produce and meat. We work together to develop better communication, more genuine, empathic relationships, and skills that will increase our ability to move toward greater independence and enhance our quality of life.
