Is there anyone that works in storage spaces that could possibly donate a unit to Toys for Tots until October? We need somewhere to move and store our leftover inventory. If you can help, please let us know. Thank you!

If you or a family you know still need toy assistance this holidays, we will accept applications until 6 pm tonight. After that our applications are closed.

Tonight is the last night of toy distribution to pick up toys. After tonight, our warehouse will be closed, our staff will be on holiday, and anything leftover will be boxed up and put in storage!

Please visit www.toysfortots.org under Brazos County if you need to fill out an application and please don’t miss your toy pick up tonight 6-9 pm!

If you be been wanting to help Brazos Valley Toys for Tots and volunteer, there’s no better time than this week. Here’s a really long post with all you need to know. If your family, church group, coworkers, organization, et al want to put a group together this is a fun and very helpful way to give back! I guarantee you it’s well worth your time!

December 13-14
Warehouse Workdays
6-9 pm

All the boxes are being delivered. We have to count, sort, categorize, and display all the toys to get ready for distribution to the families.

December 15-17
Family Toy Distribution
5:30-9 pm

This is when we give out the toys. We have positions all over that need to be filled!
Gate/Parking attendants, line control, registration, family attendants/personal shoppers, restock/organizing, assisting to cars

December 18
Campaign Cleanup
4-9 pm

We could really use any person(s) with a truck on this day before 5 to help us take back the tables.

Also count leftover toy inventory, box up toys, clean warehouse, etc.

We’re here at in Bryan for the Toys for Tots Holiday Acoustic Jam until 10pm! It’s chilly, but there’s and chili dogs from Bistro 49 LLC Alfresco Food Truck to warm you up! Bring a new, unwrapped toy or $5 cover. Thanks to Amy and the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association for the volunteer support!
