🤞🏽Howdy Brazos Valley! 🤞🏽

Tomorrow is BV GIVES, and Brazos Valley Blessings is working toward a goal of raising $5,000 to support our annual Community Christmas Gift Giveaway and essential operating expenses.

Every donation makes a direct impact right here in the Brazos Valley. Your generosity helps us support local youth and families while ensuring we have the resources to continue serving our community.

As we prepare to make the holidays brighter for local families, we invite you to join us in investing in the community we call home. Whether you give $10, $25, or whatever you can, every contribution brings us closer to our goal.

Give local. Support local. Build the Brazos.

Donate through BV GIVES: https://www.brazosvalleygives.org/donate/bv_blessings

Thank you for believing in the mission of Brazos Valley Blessings and helping us continue this work. Together, we can make a meaningful difference for youth and families across the Brazos Valley.

With gratitude,

This year, Brazos Valley Blessings (BVB) has decided to conduct our Christmas registration differently. Typically, we accept children of all ages, up to age 19 if enrolled in college; however, this year, we are taking a different approach by giving additional consideration to preteens and teens.

This holiday season, Brazos Valley Blessings is expanding our holiday support to focus on youth ages 12–19. Our goal is to support approximately 50 young people throughout the Brazos Valley by providing essential items, as well as addressing individual needs that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

If your family has children across different age groups, please include only those who fall within the 12–19 age range on the registration form. For children who do not fall within this age range, we have provided a list of other local agencies that also offer Christmas assistance.

Each selected youth will receive support with essential items such as:
• Socks
• Underwear
• Shoes
• Hygiene and personal care items
We recognize that supporting a young person involves more than providing necessities. Therefore, we would like to understand what additional assistance may be needed:
• A school or college application fee
• A sports or extracurricular activity fee
• Work shoes or clothing
• School supplies or a required school item
• A backpack
• Driver education or testing expenses
• A haircut or personal care service
• Clothing for a job, internship, or school program
• A certification or testing fee
• Another specific need that would help them succeed

We cannot guarantee that every requested item or expense can be covered. Our resources are limited, and requests will be reviewed based on available funding and the individual needs of the youth we serve.
When completing the registration form, please do not only tell us what your child wants. Please tell us what they need. What would make their holiday a little brighter? What would help them enter school, work, or the new year feeling more prepared?

It’s Officially That Time of Year…

And this year, Brazos Valley Blessings is raising the bar.

We’re trading our traditional Christmas gala for something a little more intimate, a little more refined, and a whole lot more memorable.

Introducing The Holiday Reserve — our inaugural Christmas Holiday Soiree, where holiday elegance meets community, connection, and purpose.

Join us for an evening of W**e & Wh***ey, Silent Auction, Cocktails & Light Refreshments, Live Jazz & Soulful Entertainment, and good company.

But this evening is about more than celebrating the season.

At Brazos Valley Blessings, we’re committed to empowering a population too often overlooked: our teens and preteens. We want to create opportunities that encourage our youth to dream boldly, grow confidently, discover their potential, and pursue their goals.

When you support The Holiday Reserve, you’re helping us invest in the next generation and the future of our community.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Businesses and community champions can join us as Holiday Reserve Sponsors, with packages ranging from $250–$5,000 and opportunities for recognition, visibility, VIP experiences, and more.

So gather your favorite people, dress for the occasion, and come ready to Sip. Savor. Support.
