Josh from Dang That's Awesome put together this video summary of our most recent pilot trolley tour. Trolley tours are something we are looking to incorporate for visitors to experience in 2027 and beyond…a way to show our part of Door County!  we have so many hard-working and proud folks here in Southern Door County and we want to shine a spotlight on them! There will be new ideas and itineraries as we move through this process of incorporating these tours!

Our second Southern Door Agro Trolley Tour – Fall Farms & Fisheries was a wonderful success!

We spent the day getting a behind-the-scenes look at some of the hardworking businesses and families that make Southern Door County so special.

A huge thank you to Lindal Fisheries, Brey Cycle Farm LLC, and Vandertie's Doorco Farms for opening their doors, sharing their stories, and giving our guests a firsthand look at the dedication, innovation, and traditions behind their operations.

We also want to thank Soukup’s Country Grill & Custard for providing a delicious lunch and everyone who joined us for this unique experience!

These tours are about more than sightseeing. They’re about connecting people with the businesses, people, and agricultural heritage that make Southern Door County such a remarkable place to live, work, and visit.

As we wrap up our second pilot tour, we’re excited about the possibilities of bringing experiences like this to visitors in the future!

🍂 Door County, I’m coming!

I’ll be in Door County October 5th–7th, and I’m looking to feature a few awesome local businesses while I’m there.

Restaurants, coffee shops, attractions, hotels, unique local spots, or basically anywhere you think deserves a little more attention.

The goal with these features is to show people what makes a place worth visiting, create some buzz online, and hopefully send some new customers their way.

What a fun afternoon at the Southern Door Community Auditorium! 🎶✨

Yesterday’s MJ The Illusion — A Tribute to Michael Jackson brought so much energy to the stage and was such a great show for all ages. It was especially fun to see so many kids and families in the audience enjoying the music, dancing and excitement.

It was another great reminder of what an incredible asset the Southern Door Community Auditorium is to our area. Having quality live entertainment like this right here in Southern Door County is something we are very fortunate to have.

And there’s more coming up! 🎸 This coming Saturday, the auditorium will host a Buddy Holly tribute concert — another great opportunity to enjoy live entertainment close to home.
