Converge is a day treatment center serving students ages 5 to 21 with emotional disabilities or autism spectrum disorders from 11 school district throughout Northeastern Colorado. These

students attend school all day, while also receiving individual, group, and family therapy. We are a 501c3 nonprofit agency and depend on generous donations to help provide the high-level care, education, therapy, and activities our students need to gain skills to be successful in life!
