It was such a gift to spend time together, share more about the work happening through Hope 1312 Collective, and celebrate the ways our community continues to show up for children and families impacted by foster care.

When people think about foster care, they often assume there are only two options: become a foster parent or do nothing. The truth is, there are countless ways to make a difference.

At Hope 1312, we're passionate about helping people discover where they fit. For some, that may mean exploring foster care or adoption. For others, it may mean mentoring a child, serving at an event, supporting a foster family, volunteering behind the scenes, or simply learning more about the needs in our community.
You don't have to have all the answers to take the next step.

If you've ever felt God stirring your heart toward foster care or supporting vulnerable children, we'd love to have a conversation. Our team is here to answer questions, connect you with resources, and help you discern what your next step could look like.
Because while not everyone is called to foster, we believe everyone can play a part in caring for children and families.

🛋️ Can you help us help a new mom of twins?

We have a couch ready for a mom who is currently sitting on the floor or using a single chair to feed and care for her babies. Now, we just need some muscle and a truck to get it to her!

We’re looking for:
• 2–4 strong helpers to move a large couch
• At least one truck
• Help picking up and delivering the couch to her home

A little time and muscle could make a big difference for this mama and her twins. 💛

One of the most beautiful parts of Royal Family KIDS Camp is seeing the local church come together with one purpose: to share the love of Christ with every child. At Hope 1312, we believe God designed the local church to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

That's why we are so passionate about partnering with churches across our community to care for children and families. To every church that prayed, gave, served, sent volunteers, donated supplies, and showed up in countless ways throughout camp—thank you. You didn't just support an event. You were the Church in action. Together, we are reminding children that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved by God.

🚨 Help a College-Bound Youth Take Her Next Step

We have an opportunity to come alongside a 19-year-old youth who has aged out of foster care and is currently experiencing homelessness. Despite the challenges she is facing, she is working hard to beat the odds and has been accepted to the College of Coastal Georgia this fall.

She is strong academically and dreams of becoming a registered nurse. As she prepares to begin college, she needs basic school supplies, hygiene items, clothing, and essentials to set up her dorm room. A mentor is helping her navigate this transition and will be supervising all purchases. Walmart gift cards would be especially helpful so she can get the specific items she needs.

As a new school year begins, join us in praying for children in foster care. ❤️

Pray they experience stability, belonging, and love in their classrooms. Ask God to give them confidence as they meet new teachers and classmates, and to surround them with caring adults and friendships that encourage them. Pray they find joy in learning, grow in knowledge, and feel welcomed and included each day.

Let's also lift up foster families, asking God to give them wisdom, patience, and grace as they walk alongside the children in their care.

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope." — Romans 15:13 🙏❤️

A huge thank you to The Gathering Place - The GP interns! 💜

There’s a whole lot that goes into getting ready for Royal Family Kids Camp, and we’re so grateful to The Gathering Place interns for jumping in and helping us pack and prepare for the big week!

Thank you for giving your time, lending a hand, and helping us get everything ready to welcome our campers. We’re so thankful for the many hands and hearts that come together to make camp possible! 👑💛
