The Food Bank WILL be open tomorrow on Thursday, January 29th for normal service. If you are a regular client and haven’t gotten food this month, please come. If you are not a current client, but need food, please come with a photo ID and proof of local residence and you will get food!!❤️🙏

The BEACON is seeking sponsors for the 2025 BEACON Community Christmas program. Families living in financial need in the Greater Brunswick Community are currently registering with us for Christmas assistance.

There are three options to help:

1. Sponsor a child aged 0-12: You will purchase a coat, hat and gloves, an outfit (pants and shirt), a pair of shoes, and toys

2. Sponsor a child aged 13-18: You will purchase gift cards or donate cash and we will purchase gift cards. Children receive $150 in gift cards

3. Donate cash- We will use cash donations to buy missing items.

Free and Reduced Meal Benefits Carry Over Grace Period Ending -

Reapply Today!

Families must re-apply for Free and Reduced Meal benefits every school year.​​​​​​​
Meal benefit approvals from the previous school year carry over for a short time into the current school year to allow families a grace period to reapply for benefits. This grace period is now ending.

Students that do not have a current 2025-2026 approval will need to pay for school meals beginning on Monday, October 6.

If you have not re-applied for this year, please visit https://linqconnect.com/public/meal-application/new to submit your confidential application. If you have questions about whether you have applied or need help completing the application, please call the main office at 227-203-3150, ext. 51502.

Eligibility for Maryland free or reduced-price meals is based on annual income guidelines.
