1107 Gloucester Street, 1942 and now.
Built in 1891, 1107 Gloucester was once known as Gray Gables, a tourist home for vacationers headed to and from Florida. For many years, the home served as Edo Miller Funeral Home. Once the funeral home relocated, the chapel was removed and the home was extensively restored. The home now serves Brunswick as Grace House, a recovery home.

Volunteer opportunity with Signature Squares of Brunswick:

Good news to share: After many challenges and unexpected obstacles, Signature Squares of Brunswick in partnership with the City of Brunswick is ready to gather volunteers for the installation of all the landscape plants. Come meet your neighbors and give back to your community. We would appreciate and enjoy your participation on Friday, October 15th starting at 8:45 in Queen Square - 1300 Newcastle Street.

If you could bring your own shovel, work gloves and a trowel, that would be terrific. Water will be provided along with a light lunch. Please pass this info to your full group! A community-wide dedication celebration will be scheduled in the near future as well. Please let me know if you have any questions. Come when you can and stay as long as you can. We look forward to seeing many of you then! Thanks in advance for your wonderful support!!
