Celebrating our collaborative creative arts partners, Camille Hulbert of Mstar Arts Creative Mobile Unit as she kick started a TK Group (Toddlers-Kindergarten). "There is a much needed service for TK Kids. Most parents don’t inquire about services or activities for their kids until they reach school age. To bring more awareness ”Art in the Community” also in partnership with Fairfield-Suisun City Visual Arts Association will visit the First 5 Center for free art activities in the community in 2024. This donation of holiday crafts and decorations is facilitated by FSVAA Members." Camille Hulbert

Our Mission The Mission of the HART Initiative is to heal the hearts of people through art education and cultural outreach programs. HART serves the community with diverse educational resources and tools through onsite and online platforms.

The HART Initiative will:


  • Support and promote artists and their work by creating avenues for the public to learn, engage and appreciate art in all its forms.

  • Be a source of creative exploration for schools, churches, clubs, and organizations who wish to learn the healing power of art.
