This week we are embracing the season change that comes with the equinox and balancing the warm meals with the cool. We made our own pickles and served them today with our turkey sandwiches (Yum)! Tomorrow we continue to celebrate the harvest with Taco Salads topped with our own Salsa Verde (we grew the tomatillos)! Wednesday we are having a field trip so Keepin' in simple with Meatball Subs. Thursday we are getting nourished with Chicken Soup. Friday we'll see what we've got left, and if nothing, we'll make some pumpkin waffles!
