Meet Mr. Patrick Cawley. He is a passionate, Certified Addiction Counselor who facilitates the weekly recovery meeting for our residents here on campus. Patrick has been facilitating our Coffee and Recovery meetings since 2024, and just recently, he has transitioned those meetings into a 12-Step program using curriculum from Life Recovery. We are happy to have him!

Meet Courtney Lucas, one of our newest community partners. Courtney Lucas is a Brunswick, Ga. native who has dedicated her life to empowering others. She is our campus facilitator for the Saprea support group for our residents who are women who have survived sexual abuse. This support group is also open to women from our local community. See the next slide for meeting details.

Courtney has compassionately served women and children, throughout her ten years in leadership roles and resource development advocating for families and at-risk youth experiencing crisis. Courtney is the founder of Nurturing Excellence, an organization that assists survivors of sexual assault and provides parenting classes for the prevention of child abuse.. Her vision is to increase evidenced based programming for communities focusing on mental health and trauma reduction. Courtney is also an Author, and operator of Poetic Alchemy, a business of handcrafted art, candles, and poetic designs used to empower voice. Biography credits .
