Today’s youth fishing camp on Jekyll Island will take place in honor of Kids Can Fish friend and owner of Pelagic Outfitters Chris Ramos who passed on May 7th.

We had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Keri at Icast several years ago and from that moment they became friends and supporters of our mission all the way from Lindenhurtst, New York.

Today we will share our love and knowledge of fishing with these kids knowing Chris is looking down with a smile sending tight lines and big catches our way.

“Those we live don’t go away, they cast their line on our hearts forever.”

When to change out your braided line. Fading, not too much of a worry. Annually? Depends on the angler. Here are a few things to consider.
