Did you know that September is Library Card Sign-Up Month? We’re making it a BIG event at our library, and we’d love for you to join us!

If you don’t have a library card yet, stop by the library. A staff member will be happy to help you sign up. Please bring a photo ID or driver’s license with your current address.

When you sign up for a new library card, you can also participate in our self-paced Library Card Sign-Up BINGO throughout the month of September!

Be sure to tell your family, friends, and neighbors. Our library has so much to offer!

Join us to learn and practice American Sign Language!

Whether you're a complete beginner or brushing up on your skills, come sign with us this fall at the Brownwood Library.

* When: Every Wednesday at 4:00 PM
* Dates: September 2 – October 28 (Note: No class on September 16), with a field trip on November 4!
* Where: Brownwood Library
* Cost & Info: Completely FREE and open to all ages and skill levels!

Drop-ins are welcome—attend the classes that fit your schedule, with no obligation to make it to every single one. We hope to see you there!

At storytime last week our theme was First Responders. We got to read some books, we used our rhythm sticks, danced with our scarves, and did a craft!

Storytime is every Wednesday morning at the library!
10 am Toddler Storytime (ages 3 and under)
11 am Preschool Storytime (ages 3 and up)

There will be no Recipe Exchange this month. See you next month to share some yummy food!
