Lakeside Conference The Lakeside Conference is an annual adult event for men and women and friends in recovery. Please, No Children. Our speakers will talk along those lines.

The Lakeside Conference is an annual adult event for men and women and friends in recovery, and is conducted in an atmosphere of serenity and spirituality. It is a gathering of the fellowship and sharing of spiritual values. We believe this to be the heart and core of our program. The conference aims to provide you with a weekend of relaxed fellowship. Dress is to be casual. We are privileged to use the facilities of the Christian Church Camp at Lake Brownwood. In keeping with the setting, we are assuming that all will conduct themselves in a manner which will reflect only the best on our fellowship.

--Fees and Policies--
Registration Fee: $125.00
Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable; however, you may transfer your registration to another person of the same gender.

--Important Note Regarding Accommodations--
The camp’s sleeping accommodations primarily consist of dormitories with bunk beds (with limited exceptions). These arrangements may not meet the needs of individuals with specific physical requirements. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable weekend, we may not be able to accommodate every structural request. If you are concerned that this environment may present an issue for you, please contact Keith D. at (214) 906-5183 to discuss options.

Lodging may be individually obtained in the Brownwood area. Please note that the conference fee remains the same if you choose to secure off-site lodging.

--Special Dietary Needs--
The kitchen can accommodate standard specialty options, such as gluten-free or vegetarian meals. For highly specific or complex medical diets, please plan to bring your own specialty food. Camp staff may be available to assist with refrigeration or basic preparation of personal items; please reach out to us if you have specific questions regarding these accommodations.

--Capacity and Early Arrival--
Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Because both lodging and meeting space are strictly limited, we cannot accept walk-ins; please do not arrive unannounced.

If you plan to join us on Thursday for early fellowship, please select the Thursday night lodging option during the registration process. This process is essential for helping the board manage bed counts and fulfill our financial obligations to the camp.
