We are so grateful to everyone who attended today’s Self Defense class taught by Damian from Iron Side Jiujitsu. Hopefully these lessons learned will help and empower us to react effectively if a bad situation arises.

Also, a huge thank you to Jaime Ochoa and Alma Frayre for their time and for the items they donated for our raffle. We could not have done this without everyone’s help!

Today we had the great privilege to be able to pass out waters in memorial, to the families of those that sacrificed their lives defending our country.

This Silent March, is a reminder of how important community is, and how we all help each other through hard times. 🇺🇸

Thank you to everyone who came out, painted, and donated. Together, the Food Bank RGV helped raise over 2,800 meals for families in need.
