Hidden Talents Organization (HTO) focuses on the needs of young children who have unique behaviors and developmental delays or disabilities, which may include struggles with language proficiency. A unique component of the organization is that we are one of a kind in the low Rio Grande Valley that helps promote children and their families reach acceptance, understanding and show support towards children with special needs. HTO is organized to raise monies to provide support services to children and families affect by a diagnosis of learning and behavioral concerns. Support will include: direct provision of educational services; peer-to-peer support groups for parents; assistance with parent and social services navigation; guidance in accessing public and private/professional resources, via the assembly of a community resource database of qualified agencies, entities and individuals; financial assistance to low income families to interventional and other specialized services for these children with special needs.
