Down By The Border is looking for an artist to help us create a special piece of artwork centered on autism.
We want this piece to represent the uniqueness of individuals with autism and the importance of inclusion, awareness and acceptance. Our hope is to create something meaningful and respectful that can be proudly displayed in a special place in our city. We would also love to involve individuals with autism in creating the artwork. Their ideas and participation would make this piece even more meaningful and truly representative of the community.
