Are you a BAHS student looking for a club that is perfect for you? Check out The Helping Hands Club! We are a club that is dedicated to making a change in the Brownsville Area School District - hoping to spread kindness and support everywhere! Last year, we did a food drive, a coat drive, and more! This year we hope to continue spreading our message, but we need your help, we need members!
With our club, you can feel a sense of pride knowing you’re helping others, as well as gaining some community service hours.
Contact our President, or our Club Sponsor Mr.Roebuck for more information or to join our club.

The BAHS Helping Hands Club has officially got the shelving put up! We have not received many donations. We are grateful for anything and everything and I will post the list again in the comments of what we’re looking for. Please donate if you can. Everything is appreciated as we don’t have a big sponsor buying things, and we are a nonprofit.

Unfortunately one of our shelves have already been destroyed. So we have to work on repairing that on the first day.

Which is why im making this post. Please be respectful of what we are doing. We are truly trying our best to make a difference at this school but change only comes with group effort.

We hope to continue this project through the years, but as of right now we could really use some donations.

Thank you,

The Helping Hands

A member of our club and school has passed away this past weekend. So The Helping Hands Club and Shakiiya Gray will be working together to fundraise money for our friend Gabriela Hill. We are going to be selling chocolate covered strawberries made by Shakiiya Gray. The price of the chocolate covered strawberries will be $15 for a dozen. Also, with the money we fundraise we are planning on paying for 2 pages in our yearbook and saving a seat for Gabby at graduation. If you would like to donate or help in anyway please don’t hesitate to contact us. Anything helps!
