Teamwork makes the difference!
I’ve been working on some visuals and icons to create a visual schedule for Robert, and it reminded me how important it is for us as parents to team up with our schools. 💙
Our teachers do so much, but our kids need consistency. When we partner with them (asking what they need, sharing strategies, or adjusting the way we teach at home) we give our kids the best chance to succeed.
Sometimes it’s the simplest strategies, like a visual schedule, that make the biggest difference. What feels small to us can be life-changing for them.
At the end of the day, we’re all on the same team: parents, teachers, and our amazing kids.

El trabajo en equipo marca la diferencia!
He estado preparando algunos apoyos visuales e íconos para crear un horario visual para Robert, y me recordó lo importante que es para nosotros, como padres, hacer equipo con nuestras escuelas.
Nuestros maestros hacen muchísimo, pero nuestros niños necesitan consistencia. Cuando colaboramos con ellos (preguntando qué necesitan, compartiendo estrategias o ajustando la manera en que enseñamos en casa) les damos a nuestros hijos la mejor oportunidad de salir adelante.
A veces son las estrategias más sencillas, como un horario visual, las que hacen la mayor diferencia. Lo que para nosotros parece pequeño, para ellos puede ser transformador.
Al final del día, todos estamos en el mismo equipo: padres, maestros y nuestros increíbles niños.
