Meet the cast of "Harvey!"

Emmy Barnes appears as Miss Johnson. Her previous JCCT credits include Emma in "Terms of Endearment," Rebecca in "A Christmas Carol," a Vixen in "Dracula," and Shelby in "Steel Magnolias."

Outside the theatre, Emmy is a pediatric medical assistant who enjoys reading, spending time with family, and watching body-camera footage. She sends her thanks to her mom, dad, and the rest of her self-described crazy family for their support.

Meet the cast of "Harvey!"

Jason Harmon appears as Judge Omar Gaffney. A familiar face to JCCT audiences, Jason has been involved in several productions both onstage and behind the scenes. His previous credits include Charley in "Death of a Salesman," "A Christmas Carol," and work both onstage and backstage in "Dracula." That combination of performance and production experience has made him a versatile part of the JCCT community.

In "Harvey," Jason steps into the role of Judge Gaffney, Veta Simmons' attorney and one of the increasingly bewildered people drawn into the confusion surrounding Elwood P. Dowd and his invisible companion.

A JCCT Flex Pass gives you four tickets to use however they work best for you during the 2026-2027 Main Stage season!

Use all four tickets for the same production and bring a group to Harvey. Use one ticket for each Main Stage show. Or split them up however your schedule and plans make sense.

There is no requirement to attend the same night or use the tickets in any particular combination. The point is flexibility!

Meet the cast of "Harvey!"

Larissa Muncey makes her JCCT debut as Nurse Ruth Kelly!

A lifelong theatre enthusiast, her previous credits include Juror 11 in "12 Angry Jurors," Cassius in Shakespeare’s "Julius Caesar," and Touchstone in "As You Like It."

Outside the theatre, Larissa is the mother of five children and enjoys cooking, gardening, and creating Halloween flower arrangements. She thanks Mike DeShong for sending her the audition information, her friends and coworkers for their encouragement, and her family for telling her to go for it!

Interested in directing at Jackson County Community Theatre?

JCCT is now accepting director proposals for our 2027-2028 season. We are looking for directors with strong ideas for productions that would be a good fit for our stage, our audiences, and our community.

If there is a play or musical you have been wanting to direct, now is the time to bring us your idea! Proposals will be reviewed by our Season Selection Committee as we begin building next year's lineup.

The committee plans to begin narrowing season selections in early November, so prospective directors are encouraged to submit proposals as soon as possible.

Meet the cast of "Harvey"!

Lisa Burrell joins us as Betty Chumley. Her previous theatre credits include stage managing "All My Sons," playing Miss Sara in "Fruitcakes," and appearing as Linda Loman in "Death of a Salesman."

Lisa enjoys life in the country, which she points out does not necessarily have to be quiet, along with her pets, landscaping, wildlife, and the occasional game night.
