Welcome to Sanity In Nature, formerly Photography by Signature Designs!

I'm so excited about this change because the new name feels much more like me. Photography will always be at the heart of this page, but Sanity In Nature gives me the freedom to share more of the things that inspire me and help keep my cup full.

For me, photography has never been about perfection. It's about slowing down, stepping outside, taking a deep breath, and noticing the beauty that's already there.

Along with photography, I'll be sharing nature-inspired experiences, local events, and the beauty of the changing seasons and all they have to offer.

Some days the photographs aren't about chasing a spectacular sunset or finding the perfect composition.

They're about slowing down, wandering, and noticing what's there.

A quiet place. Wildflowers along the trail. Ripening berries. Little details that are easy to miss when we're rushing through the day.

Sometimes that's all we need.

Just a few moments of sanity in nature. 💚

I'll soon be changing this page from "Photography by Signature Designs" to "Sanity in Nature."

While photography will always be part of what I share, this new name feels like a better reflection of my connection to nature and the moments of peace, wonder, and community I find outdoors.

It felt so good to get out and enjoy nature today.

Between the sunsets, reflections, wildflowers, and a rainbow, I was reminded why I love spending time outdoors with a camera in hand. Days like this have me thinking about changing the name of this page from Photography by Signature Designs to Sanity in Nature. It feels like a better reflection of what these outings mean to me.

It's never really been just about the photographs. It's about finding a little sanity in nature.
