We had an incredible time last night at our Annual DC PTO Trunk or Treat! Parents truly outdid themselves this year by donating generously and decorating trunks for the event. We are so grateful for their support!

We hope everyone had a great weekend and stayed dry with this storm ☔️, we have multiple community trunk or treat events coming up and we’re asking our community for help. We are looking for donations of Halloween candy to give out during these events. We are asking for closed sealed bags of candy. The picture is the donations we recieved last year for our events. If you wish to help, please drop them off at the police department, or feel free to email Patrolman Peters at [email protected] 🎃

As we near the end of September, I would like to wish all grandparents a happy Grandparents Day and thank the new parents who helped make our back-to-school events this month a triumph. We had several outstanding photo opportunities and finished the month with our grandparents display. Please review our PTO Parent News Letter and photos highlighting some of our new members.

Just a heads up, we’ll be putting up Trunk or Treat flyers and displaying the candy monsters around the halls on Tuesday 9/23. If you’re still up for making a candy monster, shoot me a message! The more the better!

AAAAAHH The candy monsters have arrived at Denbo Crichton, and they’re ravenous! The only thing that can fill their sweet tooth is more candy! So, this Trunk or Treat, why not lure them to your class with a sweet treat? The class that collects the most candy will win a class pizza party! Please donate peanut free, individual wrap candy in the original packaging by Oct 17th.

We’re excited to announce that our brand new Spirit Wear is now available for purchase! To kick things off, be sure to join us for Back to School Nights on September 15th at 6 PM for K-2, and September 23rd at 6 PM for grades 3-5. During these events, you’ll have the chance to purchase Spirit Wear in person; accepting all forms of payment to
ease your shopping experience.

Can’t make it in person? No problem! You can also order online, and your items will be delivered directly to your student. For those who prefer to pay by cash, simply email us at [email protected] (to place your order), and send your payment with your student's name and classroom.
