🎲 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Dice in a Dish at the Fryeburg Fair! 🎲

Mark your calendars — the Burnt Meadow Sno Club's Annual Dice in a Dish booth returns to the Fryeburg Fair, October 4–11!

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and it's what keeps our groomers running and our trails maintained all winter long. Without it, we simply couldn't do what we do.

We're looking to fill 3 shifts a day (4 hours each) for the full run of the fair. We know it's still a few months away, but we wanted to get this out early so everyone has plenty of time to grab a shift that works for them.

👉 Whether you can do one shift or five, every hour helps. Grab a friend, make it a fun outing, and help us keep Burnt Meadow's trails in great shape this season!

📅 When: October 4–11
📍 Where: Fryeburg Fair
⏰ Shifts: 3 per day, 4 hours each

🚨 FIRST MEETING OF THE 2026/2027 SEASON! 🚨

Mark your calendars — our first club meeting of the season is this Saturday, September 12th at 6:00 PM at the Clubhouse Lodge!

On the agenda: our Dice in a Dish fundraiser at the Fryeburg Fair, October 4th–11th! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and the money that keeps the groomers running on the trails you love to ride. 🛷❄️

We need volunteers to staff 4-hour shifts, 9 AM–9 PM, throughout fair week. Come to the meeting to sign up, ask questions, and help us kick off the season right!
