Huge shoutout to Brownfield Chapter members Dianna and Robin for clipping on the Orange Trail. Their hard work made the Orange Trail a lot easier and safer to navigate. More trimming is needed but wow what a difference these 2 made!

The Orange Trail was in dire need of maintenance! Only got 2 pics on 29 June...after mowing the Orange Trail lane behind the white rocks the day before, Darrel and Robin walked to clear the lane even better.

What were you doing today!? Darrel used the w**d eater to trim around the Cole Creek Trail trailhead/camping area then mowed that area plus a bit on the trails leaving the trailhead. He also cleaned out the fire pits. So appreciated and looks better.

What a fantastic turn out for the Gasconade Gallop! 36 riders along with others joining the crowd for the evening meal and entertainment! Photo album overload shared.
The next Brownfield Chapter event is 20 June at Cole Creek Trail main trailhead/camping area then back to Froggy's River Resort for National Public Lands Day, 10-13 September!

The trails are waiting for riders and the weather looks great today! Come ride from Froggy’s River Resort parking fee $5 (group ride out at 9:45 or on your own). Then stay for a self paid dinner ($13 per plate) and live music for entertainment.

Dedication had Darrel working to clear obstacles on the Red and Blue Trails. Unfortunately he strained a back muscle at the end of the day that require lots of rest....

Reminder…. the fun ride is this Saturday at Froggy’s River Resort! Ride out time is 9:45 with lunch on the trail and $13 per plate for the evening meal with live music for entertainment.
Day riders/participants PLEASE contact Froggy’s at 573-421-8714 to let them know if eating lunch and/or dinner to ensure there is enough food prepared. Thank you and see you at the camp and on the trails!!!!

The big tree across the Blue Trail has been cleared and the grass under the picnic tables has been sprayed plus more wasp spray on the registration box (no nests but added prevention).

Cole Creek Trail had some much needed mowing done today….the main trailhead/camping area, the parking area farther down the gravel road plus the Blue and Green Trails through the fields. A tree was also removed from the road and another that was next to Red Dog Pond. 🤠 Long day for Darrel on the tractor.....1.5 hour travel to the trailhead/camping area and back home with 4 hours work in between!
