It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Our Brother Ernest Perreault to the Celestial Lodge Above.
Worshipful Brother Perreault was a 55 year member of Mt. Moriah Lodge.
He was very proud of his attendance in the Lodge, having missed only three meetings in the entire 55 years. A remarkable accomplishment! He will be sorely missed.
A celebration of life will be held On Saturday February 28th from 3-5 pm at the Brownfield Community Center .
Our deepest condolences go out to the Perreault Family in their time of grief.

We had a great time at Delta Lodge last night. Big Turn out! We had a stong showing from Mt. Moriah but Oxford Lodge came out in full force to take the gavel. They are holding a special communication on the 16th 6:00 pm supper and a MM degree to follow. Let's go see them and try to get the gavel again. This is the fun stuff Brothers!

The power of the travelling gavel! Last night at our stated communication Mt. Moriah had 15 members and 10 visitors. The evening was highlighted by an informative program on "Silence and Circumpspection" by District Education Representative VW John Weeks . The meeting was preceeded by a wonderful potluck meal. A great night of Masonic fellowship and education! The gavel was taken by Delta Lodge. ( but not for long!)

Come join us for a good old chili cook off. There will be numerous chilis, cornbread, beverages, etc. and proceeds help homeless veterans in the state. Make a donation if able and eat all you want.

Tonight the brothers of Mt. Moriah mobilized and captured the travelling gavel for the first time in a long while. A good time was had by all! "Behold how good and how pleasant it is for the brethren to dwell together in unity..."

The Traveling Gavel of the 16th Masonic District has returned to Delta Lodge. We are inviting brothers from the 16th to come to our next stated meeting on January 8th to relieve us of the stewardship of the gavel.
