It was a great day of scouting with Scouting Colorado Troop 337. An all day kind of day!

In the morning the scouts, along with a couple of leaders, completed a 3-hour conservation project helping the City of Thornton Colorado Parks and Recreation remove wildland fuels adjacent to homes.

Then in the afternoon T337 Scout Leaders Mr. Wolf and Mrs. Bednarcik conducted the Test Merit Badge Class for Wildland Fire Management. The day even included a trip to North Metro Fire Rescue District Station 61, where the crews talked about wildland fire apparatus and equipment and the Scouts all has an opportunity to spray some water. A good time was had by all.

The Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive is a national initiative held annually on the second Saturday in May. As we do every year, Troop 337 once again assisted by unloading donated food from U.S. Postal Service trucks, checking for expired food, and sorting the food into crates for distribution at Broomfield FISH - All to help those in need within our community.

the refuge is the only day shelter for the homeless in the NW metro area. Troop 337 Scouts and Leaders stepped up in a big way. They spent their Saturday morning cooking, serving, and cleaning-up.

With the excitement of celebrating Troop 337's long history of 70 years in Broomfield, we are introducing a Limited-Edition Class B Attire option!

This attire will feature our traditional logo with "Celebrating 70 Years" under it on the front left chest and a large image of our new patch on the back!
