Scout Sunday will be observed this Sunday, February 9th at our charter organization, The Brookville Presbyterian Church of Brookville, PA at 10:30 AM. All families, friends and Scouts, current and past, are invited to attend. There will be a time of fellowship following the service in the Education Building adjacent to the church.

Mark Harris visited the Brookville Presbyterian Church recently to share the work he is doing with the East Mountain organization and community in South Africa. Mark grew up in Brookville and attained the rank of Eagle Scout in 1986.

2024 marks the 200th anniversary of our charter organization, The Brookville Presbyterian Church. An Anniversary Committee is planning activities, events and celebrations for the whole year. Since our scout troop has been such an integral part of our church history, they will be featured in February.

We are seeking any photos and memorabilia (Eagle Scout ceremonies, Scout Sunday, meetings, etc) for any scouts since the charter began in 1921. If you have anything for any period of time, we'd love to be able to use it. We are scanning and photographing items and they will be returned to you if desired.

Please share this with any prior Pack/Troop 64 scouts and their families.

Thanks in advance. I look forward to gathering as much as we can and will be sure to share it with the troop for their own history keeping.
