HopeWalks is a 3.5 mile neighborhood walk , which brings together nearly 1,000 patients, families, caregivers, friends, and survivors to raise money for the Vernon Cancer Center at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. These services are not covered by insurance, yet still critical to the overall well-being of patients and their families, including yoga, reiki, social work and genetic services.

Join us today by forming a team or walking as an individual by registering online at www.nwh.org/hopewalks . Your $30 registration fee will get you a t-shirt, fun prizes, pre-walk activities, and refreshments, all while supporting a great cause. Children and dogs are welcome!

Step Out for Hospice features a 1-Mile Fun Run for kids (free), 3-Mile Walk ($30 preregistration/$40 day of), 5-Mile Road Race ($30 preregistration/$40 day of), and post-walk/run festivities including live music, chowder, and hotdogs. Step Out for Hospice sweatshirts are guaranteed for entries received by Sept. 23. The event benefits VNA Hospice Care’s services for terminally ill patients and their loved ones.
