On this day, and especially during these times, we—the LCpl. Brian R. Buesing Young Marines—pause to reflect on who we are and what we stand for. We are a group of young men and women committed to honoring our flag and our nation, inspired not by obligation, but by the courage, selflessness, and sacrifice of our American heroes.

Lance Corporal Brian R. Buesing was one of those heroes. He gave the ultimate sacrifice in service to a country he deeply loved and steadfastly believed in. It is with profound honor and humility that our unit carries his name, wearing it on our sleeves as a symbol of pride, respect, and enduring gratitude.

Today, we ask that you take a moment to remember Lance Corporal Brian R. Buesing, and to reflect on the sacrifices he made for our nation and the values for which it stands.

Thank you, Sir, for your service and your sacrifice. Your legacy will never be forgotten

🇺🇸 Giving back to our Veterans! 🇺🇸

Our Young Marines were up bright and early this cold morning to assist at the Veterans Day Golf Event! ⛳️ They helped carry golf bags and clubs to the carts, ensuring everything ran smoothly for the participants.

It was a great opportunity for our youth to give back to our nation’s heroes and show their appreciation for all who have served. ❤️💪

And of course — Happy 250th Birthday to the United States Marine Corps! 🎉🎂

🇺🇸 Proud Moment Alert! 🇺🇸

We’re kicking off our Veterans Weekend celebration through volunteer service!

A big shoutout to some of our young Marines who volunteered their time at the VFW’s VIP Dinner this week 👏 They worked hard bussing tables, washing dishes, and helping the event run smoothly for our honored guests.

Their teamwork, discipline, and dedication truly reflect the Marine Corps values of service before self.

They also had the incredible opportunity to meet U.S. Representative Gus Bilirakis, who thanked them for their service and community spirit.

We’re proud of these young men and women for starting Veterans Weekend in the best possible way—by giving back. 💪🇺🇸

🎖 LCpl Brian R. Buesing Young Marines – September Drill Recap 🎖

Today marked our first drill of September, and our Young Marines hit the ground running! 💪

✅ Drill practice to sharpen precision and teamwork
🎌 Color guard training to prepare for upcoming events
🤝 Community service projects to give back and make a difference
🏃‍♂️ Field day fun featuring an intense game of capture the flag
📘 Drill sign-offs to keep everyone on track with their progress

Our unit showed incredible motivation, discipline, and teamwork today. Keep up the great work, Young Marines — we’re off to a strong start this month! 👏

👏 What a day for the Brian R. Buesing Young Marines! 👏

Our Young Marines stayed busy with:
👉 Close order drill
👉 Promotion board
👉 Guidebook sign-offs
👉 Color guard training

After some chow 🍝 everyone was pumped to get sized for their new uniforms—lots of smiles all around! 😃🎖️

We also dove into a Cyber Security class, learning how to stay safe online 💻🔐—because being a Young Marine means being squared away both in and out of uniform! 💪🇺🇸

🌄 Adventure & Learning with Brian R. Buesing Young Marines! 🌄

This weekend, our unit hit the trails for a short hike followed by some mild rappelling—introducing many of our Young Marines to new skills and challenges! While the adults worked on setting up the ropes and safety gear, Corporal Yavorsky stepped up to lead a Drug Demand Reduction (DDR) lesson, keeping the unit focused and engaged on the importance of staying drug-free.

Teamwork, leadership, and positive choices—that’s what it’s all about! 💪
