Our focus is serving the mission of the American Legion and the citizens of Brooksville and Hernando County through Community Service. Our programs include Americanism, Children and Youth, Girls State, Veteran's Affairs, and more. We meet the third Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm at our home, The American Legion Post 99, located in the heart of Historic Downtown Brooksville. Please see the post

The importance of today: National Poppy Day® 🇺🇸
National Poppy Day is our opportunity to share the knowledge about the poppy flower and keep it fresh in everyone’s minds about the pain our country has suffered, and what we have endured to give us the freedoms we have today. The American Legion Auxiliary distributes millions of poppies annually. Donations are collected and used to support our active-duty military, veterans, and their families.
