HPH Hospice Circle of Giving

Dear Friends and Members. I hope you are all well, having a great summer and looking forward to some cooler weather! I am.

Sadly, we are not ALL having a great summer. Life is full of complications and Linda Shiflet has run into a substantial one. Linda has been scheduled for a Whipple procedure on September 30th. This complex operation will hopefully offer her relief from painful symptoms and give her a chance for long-term comfort and wellness.

After surgery, Linda will spend one week or more in the Hospital (in Tampa) and then her sister, Jan, will be with her for a bit. After that Linda may need our help with day-to-day things like meals, transportation, companionship and possibly more.

In the meantime, we all know Linda has a gentle faith filled nature and our prayers, light, love and well wishes are welcome. Linda enjoys texts and phone calls and encouragement from us at 832-651-6390. I'll be in touch with updates and perhaps a call to action from us.

Thank you to all of our Circle of Giving members who came out for our quarterly meeting! 💙
We shared great food and told our stories. We laughed, we cried, and we celebrated together as we received our official Circle of Giving pins!

We are so thankful for these incredible women. They even helped make an essential need happen due to individual donations made.
