Camp Forest

Camp Forest Camp Forest is a day and expedition Camp. Camp Forest also teaches non-violent ways to resolve conflicts between people and between people and the environment.

The goal of Camp Forest is to retain the primitive nature of the forest and harmonize its structures and activities with the changing environment. Camp Forest serves the community through teaching children to respect, preserve, and protect the environment by nurturing an appreciation of the earth and all it has to offer.

We are burning the fires under the oaks to clean out moths and ticks for the children to safely play under the shade of the Canopy. As my Welsh Druid ancestors did under their sacred Oak groves. The fires should be burned on and after the spring equinox. Before the Solstice. When the weather is misty. Don't do this without proper training so you dont burn the forest down.
